Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon signing. If a 15 day notice is provided prior to vacating and the unit is left in original, broom clean condition, the security deposit will be refunded in full.

Avoidance of Damage Fees

To avoid fees due to damage, no nailing, drilling, or mounting items to the walls is permitted. No altercations may be made to the interior, exterior, or doors of the unit.

Prohibited Items

Substances deemed hazardous or toxic under any local, state, or federal law or regulation are prohibited. No flammable or explosive items are permitted. Unlawful items of any kind and perishable foods are prohibited.

Payment Options

Payment is due on the first of the month. A late fee will be charged if payment is over five (5) days late. We accept checks, PayPal, and Zelle.
